Dr. psih. Andreea-Loredana Rhazzali is a senior researcher at the Institute for Research in Circular Economy and Environment “Ernest Lupan” (IRCEM), where she serves as Director of the Research, Development and Innovation Department. She holds a PhD in Engineering and Management, with doctoral research focused on developing tools to support the transition towards circular cities.
Her academic and applied research focuses on circular economy, organizational sustainability, circular business models and the integration of circular principles into institutional and policy frameworks. She has contributed to national and European projects addressing topics such as regenerative agriculture, circular construction, sustainable food systems, textile circularity and circularity assessment.
