Short Biography
Khalil Nawaf Ghareeb Khudhur is an M.Sc. student in Microbiology at the Department of Biology, College of Science, University of Mosul, Iraq. His research interests focus on immunology and chronic inflammatory diseases, particularly the role of inflammatory cytokines in type 2 diabetes mellitus and their relationship with hematological and biochemical parameters. His current research investigates the levels of IL-1, IL-17A, and IL-37 and their association with blood glucose levels, body mass index, and disease duration in diabetic patients.
He is interested in clinical immunology, medical microbiology, and modern immunodiagnostic techniques, especially ELISA and laboratory methods used in evaluating inflammatory and immune responses. He also has practical experience in the health and laboratory field through his work in the healthcare sector.
Khalil has participated in several scientific and academic activities and aims to continue developing his research in the field of immunology and chronic metabolic diseases to contribute to scientific and medical advancement.
