Dr. Mustafa Ismail Naif Naji is a Professor of Mathematics and Statistics in the Department of Mathematics, College of Education for Pure Sciences at the University of Anbar, Iraq. He currently serves as the Director of the Department of Studies and Planning at the university. Dr. Naif earned his Ph.D. in Mathematics/Statistics from the University of Pune, India, in 2010, following an M.Sc. from Al al-Bayt University, Jordan. His primary research interests focus on advanced statistical modeling, biased estimation techniques, Ridge regression, Liu-type estimators, and addressing multicollinearity in linear and non-linear regression models. A prolific researcher, he has published extensively in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals and international conference proceedings, including Springer and AIP. In recognition of his academic contributions, he was awarded the Scientific Excellence Medal by the President of the University of Anbar and a Certificate of Academic Distinction from the Iraqi Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
