Marwa Elkady is working as professor of chemical engineering at Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology (E-JUST). She specialized in the field of environmental sciences and nanotechnology. She has about 186 international publications at Scopus cited international journals with total H-index of 44 with total citation more than 6000. She was acquired five Egyptian national Awarded in the fields of Applied Chemical Engineering and material science , the first one is State Award for Excellence in the field of Engineering Science for the year 2024. The second is Dr. Mohamed Rabie Nasser’s Award for Engineering and Applied Science for the year 2023. The third award is Shorouk Academy Award for Scientific and Technological Creativity in the field of Engineering Science in the field of Chemical Engineering and its applications for the year 2020, and the fourth is the state encouragement award in the field of engineering science for the year 2017 and the fifth is the state encouragement award in the field of advanced technology that serves the Engineering domains for the year 2011. She has 12 issued and pending patents. She participated at about 15 research projects in the fields of water treatment using advanced and novel techniques including nanotechnology, plasma technology, micro-reactors, membrane technology and biotechnology. She participated at 10 published international book chapters. She is editorial board member at about 12 international journals.
