Bushra Kadhem Hassoun Al-Maiyaly is a researcher and academic in the field of physics and materials science with strong experience in thin film technology, semiconductor materials, nanotechnology, optoelectronics and solar cell applications. Her research correlated the preparation and characterization thin films by different techniques as well as analysis of nanostructured materials and their applications in renewable energy and electronic devices.

Her academic work focuses on investigation the optical, electrical, and structural properties of thin films, besides the enhancement performance of solar cell using advanced materials and nanotechnology techniques. She is also interested in sustainable energy technologies, applied Nano science and material characterization methods with the ability to work within research teams.

Besides her research activities, she is involved in academic teaching, scientific supervision, and peer-review activities for international journals, contributing to the advancement of scientific research in thin films applications, materials science and renewable energy fields.
