Assistant Professor Hatem Taha (PhD) is a distinguished faculty member at the University of Baghdad, College of Education for Pure Science (Ibn Al-Haitham), Department of Physics. With a focus on advanced materials, Dr. Hatem Taha specializes in semiconductor materials, thin film coatings, material science, optoelectronics, and nanostructures. His research significantly contributes to the development of solar energy harvesting, particularly in transition metal-based solar selective coatings and thin films for optoelectronic applications. His work, which frequently explores the structural, optical, and mechanical features of materials, has been featured in peer-reviewed journals, including studies on structural analysis and surface electronic bonding states.
