An Associate Professor and Deputy Director at Ecole Polytechnique Agadir – Universiapolis (International University of Agadir) in Morocco, I also lead the MOSI (Modeling, Optimization, and Intelligent Systems) research unit, which is part of the Interdisciplinary Laboratory of Applied Research (LIDRA).

My research is deeply rooted in industrial systems engineering and operational excellence, focusing specifically on the development and optimization of integrated maintenance and production policies. Through my modeling work, I develop analytical strategies and mathematical models to seamlessly synchronize manufacturing cycles with maintenance requirements. The ultimate goal is to design optimal management policies that enhance flow reliability, minimize downtime costs, and maximize the overall performance of production systems.

This dual role allows me to effectively bridge academic governance with applied scientific research tailored to modern industrial challenges.
