Abdelaziz Beddiaf is an Associate Professor at Abbes Laghrour University and a member of the SATIT Laboratory. His research interests include piezoresistive pressure sensors, thermo-electrical reliability analysis, semiconductor device modeling, and numerical simulation methods. He is particularly focused on mobility modeling and finite-difference simulation techniques aimed at enhancing the performance, sensitivity, and reliability of pressure sensors. Through his academic and scientific contributions, he actively supports the advancement of sensing technologies and engineering research.
