I, the researcher Ola Sadiq, 37 years old, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering Science from Al-Mustansiriya University / Baghdad for the academic year 2010–2011, and I am currently a Master's student at the University of Technology in the scientific research stage. I previously worked at Al-Ruwad LeycoChem LEYDE company, Iraq branch (private sector) for the period from 2011 to 2013 in marketing modern chemical materials (concrete additives, epoxies, structural materials, etc.), in addition to supervising the execution and application of materials manufacturing by the company for the public interest, and I received certificates of participation in numerous training courses organized by the company. This was followed by working at Al-Fao General Company for Executing Irrigation Projects, affiliated with the Ministry of Water Resources (government sector), from 2013 until this date. Initially, I started in the project management department of the company for a period of 4 years, during which I supervised some of the projects implemented by the company in the provinces of Iraq, auditing the quantities of construction materials consumed in each project, matching them with the contract quantity tables, and preparing work progress schedules and technical reports to matching them with the main tables and handling any deviation if it occurs. After that, I worked in the Planning and Follow-up Department within the same company from 2017 until now. My work nature in this department involves monitoring the physical and financial completion rates of some of the company's projects, preparing the budget table, and the year plan, in addition to organizing training courses for the company's staff in various specialties and fields (engineering, legal, accounting, administrative, etc.). I obtained a Training of Trainers (ToT) certificate, which enables me to deliver training courses in the field of concrete and its additive materials. I possess computer software skills and proficiency in both Arabic and English
