Khaleel Hassoon is a materials scientist and research group leader at the College of Applied Sciences, University of Technology, Baghdad. His work focuses on thin films, heterojunctions, and optoelectronic devices, with particular expertise in scientific communication and bilingual resource development for physicists. He has authored numerous publications on semiconductor transport mechanisms and plasmonic nanomaterials, and actively mentors graduate students in experimental design and manuscript preparation. Dr. Hassoon also contributes to the standardization of Arabic scientific terminology and serves as a reviewer for international journals in applied physics.
